The City of Hill City has contracted with the third party vendor PayGOV.US to offer municipal customers the option to pay water/sewer bills, permit fees and all other city charges electronically via a debit or credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).  In order to provide this service, a convenience fee exists to cover processing costs.  A minimum $1.00 charge applies to all transactions up to $33.00.  All transactions above $33.00 are charged a 3% convenience fee.

Payments can be made several different ways:

As always, cash or check payments may be made at City Hall and the payment drop box is still avialable just east of the Hill City Post office parking lot.

In addition, PayGOV.US offers 24/7 telephone operators by calling 1-866-480-8552.  The convenience fee for this service is $4.95 for all tranactions up to $100.00 and a 4.95% fee for all transactions over $100.00
