Single Family Housing Direct Loans (502)

Helps eligible rural families achieve the dream of homeownership through low interest mortgage loans originated and serviced by Rural Development.

 

Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loans (502 Guaranteed)

Works with private lenders to help eligible families buy, build and finance homes with loans up to 100% of market value.

 

Repair Loans and Grants (SFH 504)

Assists eligible homeowners in making needed health or safety repairs and to improve accessibility.  Grants are designated for elderly homeowners.

 

Rural Rental Housing Guaranteed (GRRH 538)

Creates financing incentives for lenders to develop or repair rental housing.
