2018 will be the Third year of this special endeavor. Last year more than 140 pillowcases were given away to kids in need as a result of the generosity of area quilters, so....TAKE UP THE CHALLENGE!
Area and regional quilters, those who love to sew and those who love kids are being asked to marry those loves and showcase them in a brand new way for a good cause at this year's annual September Hill City Quilt Show: "Made with Love: Pillowcases to Comfort Kids."
"We're putting out the call to all of our quilters, quilt guilds, sewing groups, 4-H groups and anyone who loves sewing and loves kids to make this pillow-case round-up a special one since this is our second round-up challenge," adds co-chair Marian Johnson.
