OBTAINING A SOUTH DAKOTA HUNTING LICENSE

Resident and nonresident hunting licenses may be purchased over the Internet and at many sporting goods stores, convenience stores and some County Treasurer’s Offices. The maximum charge for each fishing license sold by a license agent is $2. Licenses must be in the licensee’s possession while fishing or transporting fish. The license must be exhibited on demand of any person.
