Always held the Saturday closest to Valentine's Day, come and stroll Hill City's Main Street shops for chocolate delights, gifts for your special sweetheart and Valentine or to experience the cool ambiance of Hill City, it's charm and hospitality. Head for Hill City February 10th! Not only is Hill City's Tour de Chocolate that day it's also the Polar Bear Chili Cook-off and Minnow Races event, coordinated by the Tin City Masonic Lodge!

Competitors Entry Fee for Chili Entries - $25.00
Tasting Fee - $5.00 per person, children under 7 free

All booths should be decorated for the event
Entrance fee for Minnow Races - $5 for kids and $10 for adults

Near two of the world’s largest sculptures--Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse--the Hill City Arts Council hosts the region’s only annual sculpture show and sale with more than 20 artists who share their process and fine art objects with almost 3000 attendees.
