The mission of the Heart of the Hills Economic Development Corporation is to promote and demonstrate innovative grassroots economic development in the community, attract new industry, assist with expansion of existing industries and promote industrial/commercial development.
The Heart of the Hills Economic Development Corporation exists to coordinate, develop and implement strategies to enhance Hill City's economic development and prosperity, including the marketing of Hill City as a prime destination for business development, creating year-round employment opportunities resulting in growth in the area's tax base, and improving the quality of life for the people of Hill City area.
